  • Q. What is the stores return/exchange policy?
  • A. LittleGiggles does not offer returns/exchanges on items for sanitary reasons. Returns/exchanges only apply if the product is not what was ordered or the product is sent faulty. If you’ve received a faulty product, please send an email to littlegiggles.co@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence.


  • Q. Can I get a refund if my package is lost or stolen?
  • A. Lost stolen or damaged packages are not the responsibility of LittleGiggles. Please call your local post office if its been lost.



    • Q. What happens when a product is sent back to Due to an incorrect address?
    • A. Once a package is returned to LittleGiggles due to an incorrect address, an will email will be sent with 10 days to respond. If there is no response, a refund will be issued, minus shipping costs. If you choose to have it resent to the proper address, you are responsible for additional shipping cost.


            • Q. How long will it take to get my order?

            • A. Processing time for an order is 1-4     business days. For domestic, shipping time is 2-6 days. For international orders, shipping time can be between 1-6 weeks. 



             • Q. Are there fees for international orders? 

             • A. Any international orders may be subject to customs fees. It is the responsibility of the recipient to deal with these charges. LittleGiggles can not be held responsible for these charges.
